There is something transformative about printing an old black and white or vintage photograph on canvas. The old picture gets a fresh start, and something about it is very appealing. One of the first old black and white images that we did was the picture in the lower left corner (below). The image is a snapshot from the gentleman's honeymoon in the early 1960s, and it was torn, stained and not good for much other than sitting in a desk drawer. In touching up the image to print on canvas, we left the old white border around the picture to maintain some of the original feel, but the image itself is extremely eye-catching and compelling on canvas.
